Sinn Féin attend GMIT Societies Day

The Sinn Féin cumann in Castlebar's GMIT has reported another successful recruitment year after it attended the colleges Societies Day on Wednesday 27th September.
The cumann has been active on the Castlebar campus for some years now. Sinn Féin representative in Castlebar, Councillor Noel Campbell who was present on the day said, "There is always a good response when Sinn Féin holds an event in the college. A large percentage of the party's membership nationally is made up of young people and that is evident here in Castlebar."
Councillor Campbell pledged that GMIT Sinn Féin will be to the fore in the college in promoting youth based issues throughout the coming year.
